Mr. Jonathan A. Keyser has almost 10 years of corporate real estate experience. He is a Principal with CRESA Partners and is dedicated to exclusively representing tenants/space users. He specializes in the delivery of fully integrated commercial real estate services, including: strategic planning, site selection & incentives, transaction services, dispositions, project management, relocation planning & management, portfolio/lease administration, capital markets expertise, and facility management.

Mr. Keyser is the exclusive corporate real estate consultant for a variety of large, multi-national corporations including Fender Guitar, WebMD, and Allen Systems Group (ASG), and is currently responsible for a total corporate real estate portfolio of more than 4 million square feet. He also assists in representing the firm's national & international clients including Yahoo, Liberty Mutual, Rockwell Collins and Wells Fargo.

The former host of a real estate radio show, Mr. Keyser is a seasoned speaker on commercial real estate topics and is published frequently in both newspapers and journals on topics covering corporate real estate. He is one of the leading tenant representatives in Arizona, and was awarded Lease of the Year award by First Industrial in 2004 for his achievements.

Prior to CRESA Partners, Mr. Keyser was a Director with Grubb & Ellis Company, specializing in corporate real estate portfolio management and transactional services. Mr. Keyser was a Founding Member & Director of Grubb & Ellis' Technology Division. During his tenure, he assisted in representing some the firm's various corporate clients such as IBM, Intel, and Kaiser Permanente.
